1 dlliquid margarine
2,5 dlProvena Gluteeniton Kaurainen Leivontajauho 450 g
0,5 tspsalt
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanillin sugar
1 dlmilk or creme

1 dlsokeria
3/4 dlProvena 450g gluteeniton kaurainen leivontajauho
1 1/2 dlmaitoa tai kermaa
3 1/2 dlProvena 500g glut. iso kaurahiutale
1 tlvaniljasokeria


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. From baking paper, cut a piece of paper the size of a 26 cm diameter springform pan and place in the pan. Grease the edges of the pan.
  3. Peel and cube the apples.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and sugar. Add the liquid margarine.
  5. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the mixture in alternating turns with the milk. Beat until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the apple cubes on top. Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for around 15 minutes.
  7. Measure all the ingredients for icing into a saucepan. Heat until it begins to boil, stirring all the time.
  8. Take the cake from the oven and pour the icing evenly over the cake. Continue to cook for another 25-30 minutes. If the top of the cake begins to darken, cover it with baking paper.
