200 mlsugar
100 mlProvena 400 g täysjyväkaurajauho
100 mlGluten-free flour mix
2 tspbaking powder


200 mlwhipping cream
1-2 tbspsugar
200 mlraspberry jam


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cream together the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the egg mix. Mix until even. Spread the batter onto an oven tray covered with baking paper. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for around 8 minutes.
  3. Turn out the sheet onto sugared baking paper and carefully peel away the paper on which the batter was baked.
  4. Spread jam on the base. Using a sheet of greaseproof paper to help, form the cake into a roll.
