100 glactosefree margarine
1,5 dlsugar
1 tspvanillin sugar
1zest of an orange
2 dlProvena Gluten Free Baking Flour with Oats
1,5 tspbaking powder
1 dlorange juice

Also required:

muffin tray or paper muffin cases


50 glactosefree margarine
200 gunflavoured creme cheese
1 dlpowdered sugar
1zest of an orange


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a muffin tray or use paper muffin cases. You can also put paper muffin cases in the cups in the muffin tray.
  2. Mix the vanilla sugar and baking powder into the flour. Whisk the room-temperature margarine and sugar with an electric whisk. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the orange zest.
  3. Alternately add the dry ingredients and orange juice to the margarine and sugar while beating at the slowest speed.
  4. Use two spoons to divide the batter into the 12 cases. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 13–15 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool before icing.
  5. Prepare the icing. Mix the icing sugar and grated orange zest into the soft margarine. Add the fresh cheese. Mix until even. Pipe generously onto the cupcakes. Decorate with pieces of candied orange peel, for example.
