200 gmargarine
3 1/2 dlProvena 1kg kaurainen jauhoseos
1 1/2 dlgrated cheese
1 dlcold water


150 gcold-smoked salmon
200 gthawed prawns
1 dlchopped dill
400 gchives flavored cream cheese
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tspblack pepper

To decorate:

100 gcold-smoked salmon slices
roe, dill


  1. Measure the margarine (at room temperature), cheese and flour into a bowl. Pinch until crumbly. Add water and mix until smooth. Let harden in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  2. Divide the dough into three equal parts and form the pieces into round disks (diameter 20 cm). Bake at 225 degrees in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Cube the cold-smoked salmon. Chop the prawns and dill. Mix the filling ingredients together.
  4. Spread the cooled filling between the bases. Let set in the refridgerator for a few hours.
  5. Decorate with sliced salmon, prawns or roe and dill.
